Bah I hate sleeping
Bah. Was so tired at midnight and thought that today I can atleast go at a normal time to sleep. Went to sleep woke up and 3am.. and no matter how much I waited and tried but just couldn't fall asleep again. Was just laying there in my bed eyes closed and hoping to fall asleep but just couldn't. I actuallt felt even sleepy but noo... Ideas and thoughts just kept poping up. Somehow my sleeping has always been so messed up and It's just impossible to get it to a normal time. I mostly go to sleep at 6am. Sometimes I stay then up all day and night and going then to sleep at a normal time like midnight. Good for a day or a week and then again same trouble. It keeps getting later and later when I can fall asleep until its again messed up like this. Gonna try to pull out today an all nighter and go sleep at a more decent time.

I understand what you mean, my sleep schedule is totally out of whack too

ReplyDeleteYeah my sleep schedule is pretty messed up too but it's been like this for the past few years lol. I pretty much force myself to sleep early by taking morning classes XD I find that I sleep better after drinking beer, maybe that'll solve your problem lol just don't go to class/work with a hangover :P
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure that anyone who spends a considerable amount of time on the internet ever has a normal sleep schedule. But then, schedules are for bourgeois suckers. Liberate yourself from the tyranny of the clock!
ReplyDeletehehe, I'd like to sleep at 2AM or 3AM but I have class tomorrow, and If don't sleep at least 6hrs. I'm sleepy at class. Pal, you should try to take some pills for sleep, or cheaper: beer.
ReplyDeleteNothing works better than tire yourself, really...if you go swimming you will fall asleep even if you don't want...but don't just go to play, go to train, swim a lot until your body hurts, believe me! it will work!

What helps me is reading a rather boring book.

ReplyDeleteYou know, the same thing was happening to me also, and I realized that it's because my body had no NEED to sleep. I wasn't tired or anything, so I couldn't sleep. That's why I started jogging every or every second day, and now I'm kinda fine..

ReplyDeleteI love sleep. If you cant sleep, I suggest what someone else did as well, tire yourself out. Excersize alot, or go jogging/running for a long time. Shower right before bed, and it'll knock you rightttt out!
